I’ve been supporting people in living happier and healthier lives for the past 20 years, however, it became my true passion after I got sick in 2008. I was eating a very healthy diet and was physically active, but I just couldn’t get better. Through the help of a naturopath, I changed everything in my life and healed myself. After that experience, I studied to become a health coach and left my full-time job as a Social Worker to help other people in similar situations. I’m so honored and grateful that I am able to share what I know with others. As a Therapist and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I work with people who have a deep desire to be healthy, but struggle with thinking they have to do everything perfectly.
