In my view, coaching ought to be done for life.  This method of life coaching helps people become more productive and efficient, develop leadership skills, have more time, and achieve greater success in all facets of life, both personally and professionally. A Structured Approach To Coaching Coaching, especially life coaching, is inherently dynamic. As there cannot be and should not be a standard approach.However, it is also essential to have a structured approach. Through this methodical approach to coaching, individuals have transitioned from job seekers to entrepreneurs. It has been shown to foster a growth mentality that enables the accomplishment of both individual and organizational objectives, leading to advancement in a hierarchical manner. Trials and tribulations, highs and lows, tragedies and victories – all of these have influenced the coaching I provide today. My life’s journey has been schooling to become a life coach. Therefore, rather than being a set of standardized products that check boxes, my style is distinctively individualized and tailored to each client.After 30 years of consulting with corporations, spanning Fortune 500 companies and startups alike, I have been at the forefront of industry innovation and a key contributor to corporate transformation. I am a doting dad, a meditative walker, a voracious reader, and the go-to person when you need structure in your life. My life coaching journey began before “Leadership Coach” and “Life Coach” were popularly coined. It began with consulting with CXOs, mid-level managers, and my peers, as well as friends, neighbors, and others, including my daughters. I helped people overcome workplace stagnation and advance in their careers. I coached individuals to become successful leaders and feel a sense of belonging. I also worked with them to develop the clarity of thought necessary to approach problems at home, ultimately leading to success at work.An energizing personality goes a long way in positively influencing people, and that’s what happened.
