I took the JustGiving Crowdfunding business from transacting £2m p/a to £100m in 4 years. My team and I revised the pricing model, which resulted in a transformation of profits from £4.4m to £9.6m. I was a key member of the SLT @ team at JustGiving, my leadership roles included setting up a dedicated Growth Department, maturing the Marketing Department pre and post £100m acquisition & Consumer Product Org.
