This simple but profoundly important hope is the very minimum upon which every child and young person should be able to depend… The years of childhood pass all too quickly and become the foundation upon which the rest of life depends… In general, families are best placed to care for children and promote their welfare. Fortunately the vast majority of parents seek the best for their children and, entirely rightly, the state supports them in this important task. However, parenthood incorporates not only rights but also responsibilities: it is a lifetime commitment. Particular mention should be made of the part to be played by fathers, not least as good role models.Who/What is the CPR?This site started in February 2014 after a group of people got together who had met on line.
